Digitmovies reissues on CD for the first time the epic score by Guido & Maurizio De Angelis from the movie Il corsaro nero directed in 1976 by Sergio Sollima starring indian actor Kabir Bedi and the beautiful Carol Andrè. Cinevox Record released a soundtrack album featuring only ten tracks as highlights of the score conducted by Gianfranco Plenizio Luckily we could discover the original stereo session tapes in the Cinevox vaults, in good conditions after almost thirty years since their recording. So we could add 14 extra tracks with a length superior to an half hour of music that was previously unreleased on the 1977 vinyl Lp, featuring alternate versions of the theme song “Hombres del mar” and several instrumental takes.
