Fourth volume of the series “Bruno Nicolai in Giallo” is “La coda dello scorpione”, directed by Sergio Martino in 1971 and starring Anita Strindberg and Gorge Hilton. M°Bruno Nicolai has well represented musically the macabre homicides of the story that take place in solar Greece, writing dissonant music full of elements that come from the Avant-guard and the jazz and that are alternated to two romantic and nostalgic love themes that are background to the love affair of the two protagonists.For the first time on record, for this release every take found in the master tapes was used. Sound digitally restored from the original stereo elements featuring a de-luxe booklet with 8 full colour pages.
