This movie – although the title recalls a horror movie with living dead involved – really does feature the usual elements of Italian Giallo Cinema like a mysterious murderer and macabre killings. Bruno Nicolai has written a magnificent orchestral score dominated by a romantic Love theme for trumpet and orchestra with a western flavour (“Evelyn’s ghost Theme”) where also the voice of Edda Dell’Orso is a protagonist. M°Nicolai reprises this leit motiv alternatine it to gloomy and obsessive atmospheres. This score is enriched with dance floor tunes like shakes and bossa nova.
